HR Coordinator/Recruiter
Healing Harmonies is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Coordinator/Recruiter to support our growing team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth HR operations, managing the recruitment process, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The HR Coordinator/Recruiter will work closely with the leadership team (CEO, Clinical Supervisor, and Office Coordinator) to support employee needs and organizational goals.

Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesÂ
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer management.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify staffing needs and ensure a seamless hiring process.
- Facilitate new employee onboarding, including documentation, orientation, and training coordination.
HR Administration & Compliance
- Maintain accurate employee records, including job descriptions, policies, and HR documentation.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Serve as the main point of contact for HR-related inquiries, including benefits, payroll, and policy interpretation.
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Support performance management processes, including evaluations and feedback sessions.
- Assist in addressing employee concerns, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Organize team-building activities and engagement initiatives to strengthen company culture.
Operations & Administrative Support
- Assist with office operations, including supply management and administrative tasks as needed.
- Support the office coordinator with billing, communication, and client account management.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance HR efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in HR, recruitment, or related functions, preferably in a small business setting.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance.
- Experience with payroll, benefits administration, and performance management is a plus.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Excel.
